For several decades this incredible building has the status of the NATIONAL MONUMENT and is presented as Castel Fiume on various antique maps including the Fresco in Vatican Gallery of Maps.
The estate is made up of the tower and the castle, for a total surface area of 1080 square meters, skillfully and meticulously renovated by the professional team of architects, engineers and constructors.
The sandstone quadrangular tower has pointed windows and is laid out on 6 levels. In the tower there are pigeonholes, which were used to catch birds, and on the top of it there are brick brackets.
The castle is laid out on 2 levels on average and it has sandstone and calcareous walls.
According to the project, which has already been approved, the property is composed as follows:
